We are a brokerage with an experienced interior design and construction management team.

Before you make your offer, we will help you reimagine the layout and make a preliminary budget. In escrow, we will help you schedule inspections and repair estimates. Then, after closing, we will guide you through design and improvements.

    Andrew Meyer

    BROKER/OWNER

    Andrew guides clients through the apprehensions and uncertainties of buying, designing, and renovating homes.

    He was raised in Sonoma County and graduated from Pacific Union College with a B.B.A. in Finance.

    Andrew owns LSL Construction and its interior design studio, AVCO Design, with his wife, Stephanie, an accomplished commercial and residential interior designer.

    Andrew lives in Sebastopol with Stephanie and their two little boys. He enjoys exploring Sonoma County through his passions, including trail running, biking, and coffee.

    Stephanie Meyer

    INTERIOR DESIGNER

    Stephanie opened our interior design studio, AVCO Design, after the 2017 Tubbs Fire to help with rebuilds.

    Before that, she spent 10+ years working on commercial projects, including a blueberry wine-tasting room, a net-zero bank, and multiple themed hotels and museums.

    She works with clients to develop projects from programming to design implementation, from individual rooms to entire renovations.

    For peace of mind, she establishes your intentions, aligns expectations, and defines the project scope and investment estimate upfront before proceeding through the project phases.

    Mike is an editorial and commercial photographer based in Sonoma County, California. He also does Matterport 3D captures, aerial photography, aerial videos, and videography.
